We suggest employing AutographPLS® when your schedule is most hectic, when traveling, shopping, or during family outings. Use it in any public space, business, area, or establishment - hotels, restaurants, sporting events, concerts, airports, or shows.

How do I order?

If I hand out one voucher, won't everyone want one?

How long will it take to receive my vouchers?

Following the proofs approval, it takes approximately 7-10 business days to produce and ship customized product.

Can we use this with our website?

Use AutographPLS to seamlessly fill autograph requests received through your website. While it may not be possible to sign for every fan, we can setup an automated monthly drawing rewarding your biggest fans with an authentic autograph.

How does AutographPLS boost safety?

AutographPLS eliminates contact and minimizes exposure. There's no longer a need to handle germ laden markers or fan possessions. Respectfully decline selfies to reduce close contact exposure to viruses, colds, flu and bacteria. Your busy schedule may not always permit you to meet with fans. In this case, vouchers can be distributed in your absence. This approach can provide you with a much safer signing environment.

Can the autograph protection be removed?

If desired, we can remove autograph protection allowing fans to sell your autograph.

Are you an autograph dealer or fan club?

We are not an autograph dealer and this is not a fan club. Please read here about what we do and how it works.

Do you have other voucher designs available?

To simplify and accelerate the customer experience, we offer five color options from which to select. However, we will at no charge, develop three additional designs to choose from - based on color palette, style, and font preferences.

What do i sign?

You can provide a high quality JPG, we can source a photograph, or you can sign one of our beautiful Heritage Series autograph templates™.

Who owns the autograph?

The signer owns and retains the rights to his or her autograph. Supply us with a legal business name, and we'll inscribe it on both sides of the autograph as seen here. Conversely, if you haven't yet setup a company or don't have one in mind you may elect to use AutographPLS.

What's the message that is printed on the cards?

To simplify and accelerate the customer experience, we offer six message options from which to select. We will work with you to refine the message to capture the nuances of your style, if desired. Alternatively, we can assist in crafting a fully customized message.

What are the vouchers redeemable for?

Our vouchers are redeemable for a genuine autograph, inscribed and protected with our Four Point Autograph Protection™ (if desired).

Can we see the legal agreement?

We'll be happy to provide a copy of the autograph recipient legal agreement upon request.

How do we view the fan survey?

Is the autograph authentic?

Each and every autograph we procure is hand signed by the star themselves. Clients sign contracts with penalties to the contrary. The autograph you'll be receiving is absolutely authentic.

When will I receive the autograph?

Once you've signed the legal agreement, shipping and handling takes approximately four to six weeks. Please expect to see the autograph somewhere in this time frame.

Can I sell the autograph?

No. You are legally bound by the contract you signed. Additionally, you are not the rightful owner.

Why do i need to sign a legal agreement?

The legal agreement is utilized to prohibit autograph profiteering.

The post office lost my mail. Can you send me a replacement?

Unfortunately, we cannot ship a replacement autograph. The post office loses a small percentage of mail each year. You might consider contacting your nearest branch in an attempt to recover any lost mail.

The autograph has been damaged. What can I do?

We pack each autograph to minimize damage. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee it won't be damaged en route.

Can you send me a voucher?

These can be obtained only if a celebrity has them and he or she chooses to distribute.

The legal agreement states not to cover a copyright. What do you define as the copyright?

The copyright is defined as ANY text printed on either side of the item. The copyright on the front of the item needs to remain visible at all times.

Why is there a limit of one autograph per address?

This limit exists to restrict profiteering. If family members each received a voucher, please have a friend or relative order for the autograph for you.
